Bixby Land Co. has acquired two industrial properties in Atlanta and one in Dallas, totaling 857,000 square feet.
These recent acquisitions increase Bixby’s portfolio to more than 8 million square feet.
Georgia acquisitions include Graham Logistics Center in Fairburn and Royal 85 Business Center in Union City. Located at 7375 Graham Drive, the 281,000-square-foot Graham Logistics Center was purchased vacant at shell completion. Located at 3625 Royal South Parkway, the 304,000-square-foot Royal 85 Business Center is 100 percent leased.
