Japanese developer Sekisui House has sold three offices and four residential buildings across Tokyo, Osaka and Kanagawa to its Sekisui House REIT for ¥70.14 billion ($641.8 million).
The portfolio include the offices, the 12,472-square-meter (134,247-square-foot) Akasaka Garden City in Minato-Ku, Tokyo; the 7,341-square-meter (79,078-square-foot) Garden City Shinagawa Gotenyama in Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo; 12,958-square-meter (139,479-square-foot) Hommachi Minami Garden City, Osaka-shi, Osaka; and the residential assets include the Prime Maison Mitatsunamachi in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Prime Maison Hongo in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; and Prime Maison Kuamae in Taito-ku, Tokyo.
