Zisler Capital merges with Encore Enterprises

Zisler Capital Associates, a Denver-based consulting firm, has merged with Encore Enterprises, a Dallas-based real estate investment management firm. Randall Zisler and Matthew Zisler, principals and co-founders of Zisler Capital, have joined Encore as senior managing director and managing director, respectively. The father-son team will continue working from the Denver-based office of Encore’s institutional equity team.

Before the merger, Zisler Capital was a firm specializing in institutional capital raising and financial strategy consulting, and public and private real estate debt and equity.
