Meadow Partners is under contract to purchase an office building in London for approximately £78 million ($119.3 million).
The seller of the 79,093-square-foot office property at 10–18 Victoria St. was the ORegan Financial, which acquired the asset in 2007 for $139.9 million.
The nine-story asset is 100 percent occupied by the U.K. Department of Trade and Industry, which has a lease until December 2026. The property includes a 13-space garage.
