Stockbridge names two new vice presidents, asset managers

Real estate investment firm Stockbridge Capital Group has made two new hires.

Bianca Tabourn has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as vice president, asset manager. Her responsibilities are to manage Stockbridge's nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties. She has more than eight years of real estate industry experience in asset management, portfolio management and construction management. Prior to joining Stockbridge, she was most recently a partner with TA Associates Realty.

In addition, Gary Hunter has joined the firm's Chicago office as vice president, asset manager. His responsibilities are to manage the assets in the Central United States. Hunter has more than eight years of real estate industry experience in asset management and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he was vice president for Molto Capital.
