Sares Regis Group has held a $304.2 million final close for its Sares-Regis Value-Add Multifamily Fund II, according to the IREI FundTracker database.
Investors include Louisiana Teachers’ Retirement System, which committed a $40 million follow-up in June, and Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, which committed $50 million to the fund in March.
The closed-end fund exceeded its fundraising target of $300 million. Like its predecessor, Sares-Regis Value-Add Multifamily Fund II will invest in the U.S. apartment sector, specifically renovating and repositioning class B multifamily properties in the western U.S. The
