Bridge Investment Group markets third fund

Salt Lake City–based Bridge Investment Group Partners has a third multifamily and office fund in the market, according to an SEC filing. ROC Multifamily & Commercial Office Fund III aims to raise $750 million.

The filing follows the firm’s announcement of plans to acquire more than $1 billion of multifamily and commercial office properties during the next two years, continuing the firm’s successful legacy of investing in these sectors.

Bridge Investment Group Partners is an SEC-registered investment adviser with $2.4 billion of regulatory assets under management that manages private equity funds, separately managed accounts, co-investments and joint ventures.
