Rockbridge has raised $139.6 million for its recently launched Rockbridge Hospitality Fund VII, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Rockbridge declined to comment.
The $500 million fund is a follow up to Rockbridge’s Fund VI, which raised $438 million by its final close in October of 2014. The value-add/opportunistic fund series employs a strategy that utilizes debt and equity investments in U.S. hotels.
The fund series debuted with Rockbridge Hospitality Fund I, which closed in 2000 with $92 million.
