Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions are an apartment complex in New Jersey and an industrial property in Silicon Valley.

In Bayonne, N.J., the 544-unit Alexan CityView was purchased by Castle Lanterra Equity for $147.5 million from American International Group and Trammell Crow Residential.

The 592,124 square-foot industrial property located at 1111 Lockheed Martin Way in Sunnyvale, Calif., was purchased by Jay Paul Co. for $129.45 million. The seller was Lockheed Martin Corp.
