Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were a retail asset and an office property in New York City.
Vornado Realty Trust paid $355 million for the 78,000-square-foot Old Navy building located at 144–150 W. 34th St. in New York City’s Herald Square.
The other property, located four blocks away at 1375 Broadway, was purchased by Westbrook Partners for $310 million. The seller of the 513,000-square-foot office building was Savanna. IREN reported the sale in March.
