Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were two offices in New York City and an apartment complex in Denver.
In New York City, the Crown Building, located at 730 Fifth Ave. sold for $1.78 billion to GGP and Jeff Sutton. The sellers were Slcc-Combined JV Spitzer Enterprises.
And RXR Realty purchased the 1.13 million-square-foot One Financial Center for $675 million. The seller was Beacon Capital Partners.
In Denver, a 1,206-unit apartment complex sold for $250 million to Bell Partners. The seller was Simpson Housing Horizon.Reportedly it is one of the largest individual multifamily housing transactions in Colorado's history. The community has been renamed Bell Flatirons and will be managed by Bell Partners.
