Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were a hotel in New York City and an office property in the Seattle area.

In Manhattan, Anbang Insurance Group paid $1.95 billion for the Waldorf-Astoria on 301 Park Ave. from Hilton Worldwide. The deal was initially announced in October 2014.

And Hines acquired Civica Office Commons, a 323,562-square-foot class A office portfolio in Bellevue, Wash. The sales price was $205.1 million or $671 per square foot.
