Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions are two retail properties in Los Angeles and New York City.

In Los Angeles, the 335,000-square-foot Beverly Connection mall was sold for $260 million. The sellers were Vornado Realty Trust and Ares Management. The new owner is Ashkenazy Acquisition.

On the East Coast, Kushner Cos. soldthe 235,000-square-foot retail center at 80 West End Ave. in Manhattanto F.M. Ring Associates for $195 million.
