Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an office property near Seattle and an apartment complex in Chicago.
The Symetra Financial Center in Bellevue, Wash., sold for $185 million to Sterling Realty. The seller of the office building was Walton Street Capital.
And in Chicago, Gerding Edlen purchased the 263-unit 20 East Ohio for $110 million from Heitman.
