Joint venture partners Harbor Group International and Electra Real Estate have sold 300 S, Wacker, a 512.4 million-square-foot 35-story West Loop office tower, for $112.5 million to Beacon Capital Partners. The companies purchased the Chicago property for $91.5 million in 2006.

In Phoenix, Inland American Communities Group paid $103 million to Core Campus Tempe I and DRW Trading for the University House at Arizona State University. The 19-story student housing property is a 1.62-acre site with a three-level, 200-space parking garage and zoning approval on additional land planned for more units in a structure that can be up to 183 feet.
