Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included a Houston office and a hotel in Charlotte, N.C.

Hanover Real Estate Partners has sold Marathon Oil Tower in Texas to CBRE Global Investors for $250 million.

In Charlotte, Marriott International has purchased the 438-room Marriott City Center from joint venture partners Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and Mass Mutual Life. The sales price was $111 million.
