The $2.8 billion Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County (Tenn.) Employee Benefit Trust Fund has launched two searches for consulting services. The retirement fund is searching for a general investment consultant and its first alternative investment consultant.
Both RFPs are due Nov. 18. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
The pension fund has a 10 percent target allocation to real estate.
