Meadow Partners has raised $294.9 million so far for its opportunistic real estate fund, Meadow Real Estate Fund II.
The final close date for Meadow Real Estate Fund II has been extended to Oct. 18, 2013. The fund launched in July 2012 with a fundraising goal of $400 million.
Meadow Real Estate Fund II will be targeting all property types in New York City and London. The fund has invested in six properties to date, investing approximately $100 million in equity. All the investors in Meadow Real Estate Fund II are institutional, including the North Carolina Retirement Systems, which has committed $60 million to the fund.
