LatAm IV makes Brazilian residential investment

Paladin Realty Latin America Investors IV (LatAm IV), a $400 million South American affordable housing fund managed by Paladin Realty Partners, has completed an investment in the newly created home building joint venture A-PIMA II. The $60 million partnership with Construtora Altana plans to develop more than 2,400 low-income and lower/middle-income residential units in metropolitan São Paulo, Brazil, with total sales value of approximately $250 million.
