Illinois Municipal commits to four real estate funds

The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund has committed $200 million to four real estate funds.

The $34.9 billion pension fund has committed $75 million to Crow Capital Realty Partners VII, $50 million to Rockwood Capital Real Estate Partners Fund X, $50 million to The Realty Associates Fund XI and $25 million to Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund III.

Earlier this month the State Universities Retirements System of Illinois also committed to Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund III.

IMRF has previously committed to Rockwood Capital Partners and The Realty Associates; Crow Holdings and Oak Street are both new managers.
