New York City–based real estate private equity firmHighBrook Investment Management has raised an additional $158.35 million for its second commercial property debt investment fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
To date, HighBrook Income Property Fund II has a total of $243.8 million of equity commitments, according to an SEC filing. The fund series invests in U.S. office properties and debt.
The filing did not disclose a final close date; however, according to the firm’s website, a final close is expected to occur later this month.
HighBrook launched its first investment fund, the HighBrook Income Property Fund in October 2011; the fund closed in 2012 with $230 million in capital.
