€1b Berlin residential tower to be built

Bewocon has been awarded the exclusive sales and marketing rights for the highest residential building in Berlin, the Alexander – Berlins Capital Tower.

Russian developer the MonArch Group will be constructing the €1 billion ($1.1 billion) Alexander Berlins Capital, with a height of 492 feet and a total of 38 floors, which could become the city’s tallest building. The new tower will be 82 feet taller than the city’s current tallest building, the 410-foot-high Park Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz.

Alexander – Berlins Capital Tower will include 475 residential apartments with spa and gym facilities, private cinema, residents terrace and club levels, as well as underground parking facilities for cars and bicycles.
