Swedish property firm Castellum has sold a portfolio of 32 properties in Sweden to Diös Fastigheter for €460 million ($489 million). The property portfolio consists of 13 properties in central Umeå, 10 properties in Sundsvall and nine properties in Lulea with a rentable area totaling more than 2.33 million square feet.
Castellum has been actively selling its real estate assets after its acquisition of Norrporten for $1.64 billion. Following completion of the deal, Castellum said it will refine the combined portfolio and will sell properties worth SKr 4 billion ($108.4 million).Earlier this fall, Castellum sold properties valued at approximately SKr 1.2 billion ($130 million).
