Crow Holdings launches second retail fund

by Andrea Waitrovich

Crow Holdings Capital Partners has launched a second retail-focused fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The filing does not list an equity fundraising target for Crow Holdings Retail Fund II.

The filing comes shortly after this year’s closings of Crow Holdings Realty Partners VII and Crow Holdings Retail Fund, which raised $1.85 billion and $295 million in January 2016.

As of Sept. 30, 2015, the Crow Holdings Retail Fund had invested in 30 transactions with gross investments totaling approximately $100 million (including co-investments). These investments are spread across 11 different markets in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Crow Holdings Realty Partners VII invested in 22 transactions with gross investments totaling more than $1.2 billion (including co-investments).
