Crow Holdings holds $417m close for retail fund

Crow Holdings Capital – Real Estate has held a final close for its Crow Holdings Retail Fund II, raising $417 million in capital commitments.

Retail Fund II represents the second fund in the series, which invests in the U.S. retail markets with a focus on acquiring small food- and service-oriented centers near universities, hospitals, corporate office parks and densely populated neighborhoods. It launched earlier this year. The close comes shortly after this year’s closings of Crow Holdings Realty Partners VII and Crow Holdings Retail Fund, which raised $1.85 billion and $295 million in January 2016.​
