CBRE managing director leaves

Jim Costello has left CBRE as its managing director of Americas research.

Costello started in July 1994 with Madison Advisory Group within CBRE, one of the predecessor entities to CBRE's current Global Corporate Services team. He was an analyst for the team. His responsibilities included managing the lease abstract database for the team. Costello worked in Chicago two years then made the transition to CBRE’s Torto Wheaton research team in Boston as an economist in 1996.

Costello will be consulting this fall while pursuing other opportunities.

He graduated in 1989 with a bachelor of science from the University of Chicago. And Costello has a master’s degree in economics from University of Illinois at Chicago.
