CBRE Global Investors buys London office

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of its investors, has purchased a London mall from TH Real Estate, on behalf of Warburg-HIH Invest. Real Capital Analytics estimates the sales price to be £170 million ($265.6 million).

The mall is the 130,000-square-foot Angel Central Shopping Center. The three-story, 16-unit mall is 95 percent occupied. Tenants include H&M, Vue Cinema, GAP, French Connection, Tiger, Oasis, Monsoon and Academy Music Group.

The acquisition is part of a growing investor appetite for London retail properties.
