Brookfield Office Properties sells office building in Washington, D.C.

Brookfield Office Properties has sold 2000 L St. N.W., a 383,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C.’s CBD, to New York City–based Rockrose Development Corp. for $192 million, or approximately $501 per square foot.

The centrally located property is eight stories tall and spans the entire block between 20th and 21st streets. It is located within D.C.’s Golden Triangle and is walking distance from the Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations. The property is currently 96 percent leased to 31 tenants.
