Aviva Investors has launched a new open-end real estate fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
Aviva Investors CELLS will invest in all property types throughout Europe, specifically in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
The core fund is targeting 4.5 percent returns. A fundraising target was not disclosed.
