Ares Management has raised more than $478 million for its Ares European Property Enhancement Partners II, according to a filing with the SEC.
Ares European Property Enhancement Partners II invests with a value-added strategy, targeting property investments primarily in France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Ares Management Real Estate Group manages comprehensive public and private equity and debt strategies, with approximately $10.1 billion of assets under management, as of June 30.
